Quanto Basta Bistrot-Pizzeria-Ristorante

I often and very willingly go to QuantoBasta and every time my expectations are not disappointed... I often go to this ristopub because I really appreciate the atmosphere you can breathe. The food is always fresh and quality and the best part is that one of the owners creates excellent desserts every day. Catering is a difficult art, working when others are having fun can only be done if you have a passion or a vocation like they do in this place... the dishes are always prepared with taste and love. The owners are two guys who know what it means to work and the staff are welcoming, very kind and always helpful and smiling. Beautiful evenings at Quanto Basta!! always excellent!!!

Just enough... Just enough to make me give the infamous 5 stars. Compliments to the waiters who pampered us throughout the evening with their formal but at the same time friendly manner. An honorable mention to the pizza chefs, unfortunately I don't have a photo of the pizzas because they were too tempting to wait. A truly pleasant location for the eyes and especially the graffiti paintings are very nice. Free pen that lasts long enough.

Room upstairs too cold we ate with jackets on. We wait a long time for an appetizer and then even more time for the dishes. The meat was rubbery you couldn't chew it. For the rest, the starter was quite plentiful but of nothing special quality. We paid too much for my taste. Another time in the past they made my pizzas burnt underneath. Well, I'm sorry but that's not how it works.

Large, heated and welcoming room, but bathroom with minimal furnishings and damaged sink with taps that are not hygienically up to standard, "familiar" soap dispensers, doors that do not slide automatically so that you would need to wash your hands again upon exiting. Absolutely to be renewed. Pizza? unsuitable, with a "rubbery" and difficult to digest dough. Price normal. For the rest I don't know! This saves the staff... to whom I would recommend an extra smile for customers!

We had dinner on a Saturday evening with some friends, we were a table of about ten people, the service was terrible, the kids were very disoriented, every now and then we received an unsolicited drink... obviously they had made a mistake. The food quite good. But the serious thing that happened was that we ordered a sandwich to which we asked to remove some ingredients that were listed on the menu (dried tomatoes and I don't remember the other one) when the sandwich arrived they had added courgettes (no requests and no mentioned in the menu and above all you don't like it). We were told it was their addition, I asked what if we were allergic? Answer: “allergies must be communicated first.” I communicate my allergy if that ingredient is mentioned on the menu, otherwise you don't have to know my business. However, the waitress also added that if we wanted she would have taken the sandwich back to the kitchen and they would have removed the courgettes there. Obviously we preferred to do it ourselves given the service. One star is too much
